Goal

Decoders is a branding agency working with real estate companies. They needed a website that would clearly communicate their expertise at first glance and immediately set a modern, confident, and professional tone.

Design Approach

The visual key of the project was inspired by contemporary architecture — strict, elongated, and monumental. We deliberately avoided excessive decoration and focused on forms associated with the real estate world: geometry, scale, and structure.

The design is built around a sense of stability and precision. This is expressed through elongated typography, editorial-style layouts, and a strict grid system.

The color palette reinforces this idea — restrained, almost architectural black and white with carefully placed accents. Bright color highlights are used sparingly to maintain a balance between a serious, professional tone and a subtle informal character that reflects the team’s flexibility.
